Once your campus or district leaders have gone through the data and the Campus Data Gathering Prompts, certain priorities will have emerged. The goals listed in this section will help to direct the team regarding how to put those priorities into practice by identifying specific areas of focus and providing examples of what evidence could be found in the school if those goals had been met. Comprehensive Action Planning
During comprehensive action planning, your leadership team will decide how to take action on the goals established by discussing local data and examining responses to the Campus Data Gathering Prompts. Interventions can and should include a variety of stakeholders, including district administrators, teachers, postsecondary partners, business and industry partners, and students, and parents.
